This homeowner wanted to get rid of the old basement door but still wanted a way out of the basement in case of emergency. DryZone gave her a new Rockwell window. It looks great, and is perfect for getting out but not in.

This house in Middletown takes being a split level home to a new meaning. Their basement wall has a huge crack that runs from one side to the other right through the middle of the wall. To keep this wall from bowing or buckling we installed a few GeoLock Wall Anchor systems. GeoLock Wall Anchors have and anchor placed far out in solid soil and then the anchor on the inside of the wall, attaching the two is a long steel rod. The anchor can be tightened if needed and doesn't require a huge whole in your already cracked wall.
