This homeowner has done a lot of work to their home recently are gave us a call because they were uncertain of what needed to be done in their crawlspace. There was nothing previously done to the area so we sent our team to take a look and asses the situation. The only thing the homeowner knew they needed was at least a vapor barrier.

After taking a look at the area, they asked for us to regrade & rake the ground throughout the crawlspace and add drainage matting. The drainage matting creates space for water to flow down to a perimeter drainage system, then to a sump pump system such as our Triple Safe and out of the home. This will keep the area dry, clean and healthy.

The best way to keep your crawl space dry and mold free is by allowing DryZone to encapsulate the area. As you can see in these pictures, DryZone removed the insulation, installed a water drainage mat, dehumidifier, and interior CleanSpace liner. 

Now that is a clean and dry crawl space!
