One of our crews from DryZone set out to allow this basement to go through a metamorphosis. The first stage in doing this was the instillation of a smart pump to ensure that it won't flood and a ice guard to prevent the pipes being frozen and backing up during the winter. Then a layer of CleanSpace was installed as well as the vents where sealed shut in order to prevent outside moisture from getting in. Then a SaniDry was installed to dehumidify the air, this system is special because it allows for the homeowner to not have to worry about dumping it as it automatically empty's itself into the sump pump system   

What you don't want to find under your new home is water, but that is just what happened to this homeowner in Harrington. Luckily, while checking out the Delaware State Fair, he met the folks from DryZone. He learned that DryZone had solutions for not only the water in his crawlspace but all of the problems it was causing in his home from odors to microbial growth! DryZone installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System to keep his home free from water, sealed the crawlspace with CleanSpace, and protected against moisture and humidity in the air with a SaniDry Sedona. This homeowner had recently had problems with their crawlspace flooding and they decided to call DryZone so the problem would be fixed right. To fix it right we installed a SumpPump which would pump out any water that threatened to enter the basement and installed CleanSpace which will keep any moisture from entering.

This Homeowner was having issues with his floor sagging and planned on fixing it themselves but they knew that the Crawlspace would first need to be encapsulated to make sure it wouldn't need to be fixed again in the future. To do this he called the experts here at DryZone to come out and the first step we took to encapsulate the Crawlspace was the instillation of CleanSpace which is tough enough to withstand him fixing the foundation and will act as a moisture barrier. The final step we took was the installation of a SaniDry Sedona which is a dehumidifier that will ensure that any moisture in the Crawlspace will be removed preventing mold Growth and ensuring he won't need to fix his foundation again. 

This homeowner had previously had us do a foundation repair and now they wanted to ensure that they wouldn't need more in the future. To do that they had us come out and encapsulate their Crawlspace so that water damage would not occur again.
