Concrete is very porous and holds moisture for a long time. When moisture stays on the concrete block foundation, it can increase the humidity in a crawl space. This crawl space had high humidity levels with obviously wet concrete blocks on the foundation. After encapsulating, the crawl space is protected from moisture in the concrete blocks. 

This homeowner was experiencing sagging insulation and moisture in their crawlspace. A crawlspace encapsulation was just what was in order for this homeowner needs.
