This home in Greenwood had extensive termite damange. DryZone was able to get the crawl space dry and fix the issues this homeowner was having. 

One of the support beams had begun to crack under the pressure of the house it was supporting. To fix this a new steel girder was installed and SmartJacks where placed underneath to help distribute the pressure on the girder.

This home in Seaford, DE was built in the 1930's and has settled quite a bit over time. The plaster walls in the dining room were cracking and showing signs of stress. The exterior red bricks were separated so much that you could stick a ballpoint pen between them. The DryZone crew installed 6 push piers to stop the problem from getting worse. They were even able to get a slight lift before sealing up the floor.
