High humidity in this crawl space caused it to have an awful musty odor. DryZone determined that the best answer to this problem was the CleanSpace encapsulation system to eliminate the odor. DryZone also installed a SaniDry dehumidifier to dry out the crawlspace year round and ensure that humidity and odor would never be a problem for these home owners again.

A crawl space dirt foundation constantly holds water in the ground and the vapors will rise up through the house causing dampness and humidity. A CleanSpace Encapsulation System separates the house from the earth keeping the crawl space floor dry and clean.

Starting with a HydroLink drainage system, which allows water to flow and reach a SmartSump or TripleSafe sump pump system. There is a nylon sock that surrounds the pipe which adds an extra layer of filtration to prevent major clogging.

We also installed CleanSpace with draining matting, SaniDry Sedona, IceGuard, SilverGlo and discharge lines. All of which help in the aid of keeping the crawlspace a clean, dry and healthy area.
