This home in Salisbury was experiencing foundation settlement. DryZone's solution to fix their problem was to install helical piers to lift the foundation. As you can see in the before and after, not only were we able to support the foundation but we were able to almost close up the cracks. An amazing job done by our Foundation Crew! 

After noticing a significant gap between the chimney and the home, the Salisbury homeowner called in and asked what DryZone could do to repair. With help from a Helical Pier, the chimney was slowly straightened so it sat close to the home. 

This home had long been suffering from an unencapsulated Crawlspace which lead to the wood beginning to rot because of the high humidity. To fix this the homeowners called the experts here at DryZone to come out and replace the wood which had rotted and to encapsulate it to make sure it wouldn't happen again

This homeowner reached out to us to come take a look at their basement which was formally a garage. They want to make sure it is stabilized properly. They may be selling their home in the near future to their nephew and would like to make sure the home is safe enough for him moving forward
