Jim K. and his son were preparing to sell their home in Riverview, Florida, but they wanted to improve the driveway to enhance the curb appeal of their house. They contacted LRE Foundation Repair for a solution. LRE conducted a thorough inspection of the property to ensure that no underlying issues were causing cracks. After the inspection, LRE discovered that the driveway was in poor condition due to its age and exposure to the elements. They recommended a "fix and protect" plan to restore the driveway. Our team utilized PolyLevel, an expanding foam material, to inject it directly beneath the concrete slab. This product fills voids, stabilizes loose soils, and expands to lift concrete slabs until they are level. Afterward, they used NexusPro, a silicone-based sealer, on all cracks, and a tinted translucent topcoat called DecoShield was applied to the entire surface. These products not only stabilized and protected the driveway from the elements for years to come but also gave the homeowner the curb appeal they wanted.

Kim's Dover, Florida home would flood every time it rained, and water would leak into the enclosed patio. LRE completed an inspection of the property and determined poor drainage and overflowing downspouts were failing to properly divert water away from the foundation. This homeowner needed a new drainage solution that consisted of newly buried downspouts, French drains, and an EZ Flow system, all of which would prevent water from flooding around her foundation. Following a free inspection of David’s property, it was discovered the downspouts connected to the home’s gutter system had been flooding the surrounding areas due to a lack of adequate water diversion. To remedy this the downspouts were connected to a new underground EZ Flow French drain system that was installed by our production team. The water from the gutters will now be channeled directly to the underground drainage pipe system and out to a pop-up relief drain away from the home. David’s flooding issues are now effectively resolved, putting his concerns to rest once and for all.

Kevin, a homeowner in Sarasota, Florida, became concerned about the structural support in his crawl space after noticing widening gaps forming between his floors and adjacent walls over time. Upon entering the crawl space, our specialist observed that the wooden support joists had developed a noticeable slope, caused by the weight above and inadequate support below, as several block piers appeared to have settled. 

A plan was created by our Design Specialist to provide durable and permanent support to the floor joists and lift them back into place with our SmartJack system. Kevin agreed to the plan, and our production team promptly began installing each SmartJack in key areas of the crawl space. This effective solution restored the floor joists to their proper position, eliminating the gaps between the floors and adjacent walls. 

Kevin can now rest easy knowing that the structural support in his crawl space has been permanently stabilized and his home is secure.
