While renovating her new home in Miami, Florida, Kathryn discovered that the crawl space below had suffered from moisture damage. To safeguard against potential issues like mold, termites, and wood rot, the specialist proposed the installation of our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. This involves covering the space with a waterproof barrier, along with a sump pump and dehumidifier for protection. Following installation, Kathryn's crawl space is now safeguarded against moisture damage, ensuring the long-term safety of her home's foundation.

Cliff, a homeowner in Spring Hill, Florida, became concerned about a potential pool leak after noticing that a corner of his pool deck had sunk by an inch. He called us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free appointment with one of our Design Specialists to properly diagnose the solution. During the inspection, our specialist found that while there was no leak, the soil beneath the deck had eroded, creating large voids that caused the deck to settle.

To restore the pool deck to its original level and close the gap between the deck and the lanai, our team used our PolyLevel solution. The polyurethane foam was injected directly beneath the concrete, filling the voids and successfully lifting the deck back into position. Cliff was thrilled with the outcome and is now reassured that his pool deck is permanently stabilized, avoiding the need for costly concrete replacement.

In Palm Harbor, Florida, Mark contacted LRE Foundation Repair for help with his home's concrete walkway, which had become severely uneven due to tree roots beneath the surface causing the slabs to heave. The issue had become so serious that Mark and his wife were constantly at risk of injury from the significant tripping hazards that had developed.

After a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, we developed a plan to not only level and stabilize the walkway but also provide it with enhanced protection and visual appeal through our Three-Part Concrete Protection System.

After the tree roots were removed, our team began implementing the comprehensive solution. We injected PolyLevel beneath the walkway to fill voids and level the slabs. Next, we applied NexusPro to the joints between the slabs to prevent water from infiltrating beneath the surface and washing away the soil. Finally, we applied the DecoShield Concrete Sealer, which protects the walkway from chipping, flaking, and staining while adding a translucent gray tint for a visually appealing finish.

Once the project was completed, Mark and his wife were thrilled with the results. Their walkway was now fully leveled, the tripping hazards were gone, and the concrete was both protected and visually enhanced.
