A solution was designed for this situation using a product called PolyLevel. This expanding flowable material is pumped through small holes in the concrete and flows directly below the slab. As the material fills in voids and compacts soils, it lifts concrete back into place. The homeowner was thrilled with the results and could gain peace of mind knowing his house's exterior was now safe.

The piers were then secured to the foundation’s footer, allowing us to transfer the home’s weight and lift the structure back to its original position.
