This formerly damp and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. Once installed into a crawl space, it seals, covers, and protects the area from any moisture, humidity, or winter drafts - providing a dry and healthy crawl space environment.

Weak soils due to excess moisture is the leading cause of foundational settlement. This home's discharge line was dumping collected water directly onto the foundation, dampening and weakening the surrounding soils. Our expert crew installed buried downspouts to divert water far away from the home's foundation, keeping the surrounding soils strong and dry.
