This formerly damp and humid crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Made from 20mil thick polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the strongest vapor barrier on the market. Once installed into a crawl space, it protects the area from  moisture, humidity, and winter drafts.

The crawl space was damp due to open vents and a dirt floor. Open vents allowed outside air, which often carries moisture, to enter the crawl space. Additionally, the dirt floor contributed to the dampness by allowing moisture from the ground to evaporate and rise into the crawl space, creating a humid environment conducive to mold growth and other moisture-related issues. Our solution was to completely seal the open vents and install our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier works in tandem with the CleanSpace vapor barrier system to effectively control crawl space moisture and humidity. The CleanSpace vapor barrier acts as a protective layer, preventing moisture from the ground from entering the crawl space. This barrier is installed across the floor and up the walls of the crawl space, creating a sealed environment. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier then removes excess moisture from the air within this sealed space, maintaining optimal humidity levels and preventing mold growth, wood rot, and other moisture-related issues. Together, these systems ensure a dry and healthy crawl space environment.

Water was pooling outside of the garage door and seeping inside of this garage after heavy rainstorm. We installed our patented TrenchDrain along the entryway of the garage door to effectively capture surface water to ensure that it wouldn't make its way into the garage ever again.
