The floors of this home were sinking because the existing floor joists had shifted. We permanently stabilized this home's foundation by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. 

When you have inadequate support in your crawl space, it can lead to several issues, including sagging floors, cracks in walls, and doors that stick or won't close properly. This lack of support can also cause structural damage to the foundation and compromise the overall integrity of the building. This homeowner had damaged support beams in their crawl space, which led to sagging floors and structural instability. We addressed this issue by installing our SmartJack Support System. This system provided additional support to the existing beams, effectively stabilizing the structure and restoring the integrity of the building.

To repair this bowing and cracked retaining wall, our team installed Helical Tieback Anchors. Helical tiebacks are installed to provide a proven permanent solution for repairing damaged walls. They bypass unstable soil and reach stable virgin soil, preventing further wall movement and cracks.

We using our Foundation Helical Pier System to stabilize this customers settled foundation. Helical piers stabilize foundations by being screwed into the ground until they reach a stable soil layer. Brackets are then attached to the piers and the foundation, transferring the load from the unstable soil to the stable layer, effectively lifting and stabilizing the foundation.

Wall gaps and cracks form due to foundation settlement, which occurs when the soil beneath a home expands, contracts, or shifts, causing the foundation to move. This movement can lead to structural damage, including gaps and cracks in walls. Our SmartJack system helps by stabilizing and leveling the foundation, preventing further settlement and reducing the risk of additional damage.
