When a charming home in Savannah, GA, began to show its age with uneven floors and unwelcome cracks, we knew just how to restore its integrity. We utilized Push Piers, a robust and reliable solution, to effectively address foundation settlement issues.

This customer was experiencing stair step cracks in their brick. We were able to install push piers that closed the crack and stabilized the foundation from any further movement.

SmartJacks can support loads up to 60,000-pounds, and are custom cut to size. The steel SmartJack’s and beams were installed under the joists in the crawl space, lifting the subfloor, alleviating the sagging and bouncing floors and closing the cracks that had appeared in her walls. The homeowners were very happy!
