This home was having uneven "bouncy" floors, causing shelves to shake when walking through the living room. Bouncy floors are a sign of insufficient support in the crawlspace. From a customized recommendation by one of our system design specialists, a solution to the issue was found. Using our galvanized steel SmartJacks, there was an effective change in how the floor appeared and felt to walk on.

This crawlspace had settling piers and insufficient support in some areas that were causing the floor to be unlevel. After calling and scheduling a free inspection, Lowcountry recommended SmartJacks to lift and support the foundation. Our team installed the support and leveled the floor effectively.

This 1950's home had a lot of cracks appearing from the foundation walls settling. Lowcountry's solution was to install our piering system which lifts and supports the foundation, putting it back into proper position.
