Our team was contacted by a homeowner in Warner Robins, GA regarding a sinking crawlspace foundation affecting the kitchen area. Upon inspection, we found that nearly all of the subfloor insulation had fallen due to moisture. We recommended and installed the SmartJack Support System and CleanSpace Encapsulation System to protect and support the floors. Additionally, wood repairs were recommended in some areas. In this customer's crawl space, termites, moisture, and mold caused the subfloor to rot. This caused instability and structural issues, which posed a safety hazard to the customer. Our crawl space repair services were needed to repair the damage and prevent further issues. 

This homeowner struggled with uneven floors above their crawl space. To permanently lift, level, and stabilize the floors, we installed our SmartJack Support System. Our foundation pier system repairs cracks by stabilizing the foundation, which stops further movement and relieves stress on the structure. Once the foundation is secured using piers or other stabilization methods, cracks naturally close or become less pronounced as the structure returns to its proper alignment.
