This home had cracks on the bricks walls and on the corner of the house. Our team was sent out to install a pier system to lift and level the floors, sealing the cracks and making the foundation stable again.

The doorway to the kitchen in this home has some cracks appearing. Our inspector came out to the home and did a thorough inspection of the home, inside and out. They found that in the area underneath the kitchen, there were multiple concrete block piers being used to attempt to prevent settlement in that area, but both improper construction was used to install the piers and any use of concrete block piers in the area would only be able to solve the issue temporarily. Our team installed our SmartJack Support System to reliably prevent settlement and level the settled floor.

This home's foundation was sloping toward the back of the house. The owner called us at Lowcountry Foundation Repair, and one of our inspectors was sent out to provide a free inspection & customized quote.
