Lowcountry Foundation Repair installed SmartJack System to stabilize the joists and lift them back to their original position. SmartJacks are made of galvanized steel and can support loads over 60,000 pounds. The Lowcountry Foundation Repair team was able to stabilize Freddy’s foundation in one day. Mrs. Scott was tired of not being able to open her garage doors. She noticed that her bricks were cracking right above the garage doors. She decided to call on Lowcountry Foundation Repair to we could help.

We used Piering to lift her garage back up to a level position and fixed her foundation problem for good!

Eric had some issues in his Macon, GA home. His glass shower door overlapped and no longer closed flush and the basement door closed too tight. There were cracks found in the exterior brick.

This home had separation between the ceiling and the walls and cracking pillars in the crawlspace. Our team installed SmartJacks to lift and support the foundation, making the floor level & fixing the separation issue.

This home in Rincon, GA had some stairstep cracks and gaps starting to appear on the back of the home, a common sign of settlement. In order to solve this issue, our team installed helical piers to support and stabilize the settling foundation wall of the home. This before and after photo shows the location one pier was installed where a stairstep crack is. The hole is then backfilled with dirt, leveled, and concrete is repoured for a smooth finish.
