This floor was settling in some places and needed to be releveled. The sub-floor also needed to be replaced from existing damage. With our help at Lowcountry Foundation Repair, we were able to replace the subfloor and relevel the floor with SmartJacks.

The floors in the kitchen of this home felt "floaty" and bouncy. The owner called us at Lowcountry to help with their foundation issue. We identified all the areas of the floor that required support and suggested using our SmartJack Support Posts to lift and support the floor back into place, making it feel level and solid.

This Bluffton, SC homeowner was experiencing sagging floors, a master bedroom door that would not close, and cracks in his drywall. He knew something must be wrong with his foundation, so he called Lowcountry Foundation Repair and scheduled a free appointment with one of our inspectors.
