A church in Atlanta, Georgia approached us because they were having serious foundation issues. There were areas were the floor was slopping and sinking drastically. On the exterior of the house, you could see cracks due to the foundation being out of level. Our permanent solution for fixing this foundation was installing over 30 Push Piers. The upper levels of this townhome had sloping floors. As a permanent solution to the problem, we installed SmartJack Support Posts for permanent stabilization, leveling, and lifting.

The floor joists became weakened due to high moisture levels in this homeowner's crawl space. As a result, the floors above sagged and were unlevel. High moisture levels can cause wood to rot, which weakens the joists, making them unable to support the floors above. The SmartJack Support Posts can help restore the structural integrity of the floors and lift them back to level by reinforcing the floor joists.

In order to permanently stabilize the homeowner's foundation walls, we installed GeoLock Wall Anchors. The system extends from the interior wall to the stable soil outside, bracing the foundation wall and preventing further movement. 

The floors were sagging in different areas above this customers crawl space. After a thorough inspection, it was discovered high moisture levels caused the main beam to rot and the jacks to rust. As a result, the structures stability was compromised. To permanently solve the problem, we installed a steel, rust-resistant supplemental beam and SmartJack Support Posts for permanent stabilization.
