Ground water seepage led to a high moisture level in the crawl space which caused the growth of mold and mildew. The EZ-Flow pipe will divert the water away from the crawl space, while the CleanSpace vapor barrier will prevent moisture from entering the crawl space and promote a dry environment, reducing the risk of wood rot and structural damage, as well as potential health issues.
