The floor above this customers finished basement had been sagging. After investigating the area, we discovered the joists were cracked and weren't providing adequate support. To solve this problem, we installed a steel supplemental beam over the floor joists for added support and SmartJack Support Posts to stabilize and lift the floor above to a level position. 

SmartJack Stabilization to Support Bouncy Floors

This homeowner was tired of sagging bouncing floors, so they gave us a call. In order to solve this foundation issue. Our System Design Specialist Austin recommended the installation of SmartJacks along with some Sister Joists and a Steel Beam. Isaiah and his crew did a great job installing the SmartJacks. Now bouncy floors are a problem of the past.

Crawl Space Support in Taylorsville, GA

Moisture in this customers crawl space resulted in the floors above to sag. For a permanent solution to level and stabilize the floors, we installed SmartJack Support Posts with a steel supplemental beam. 

Foundation Repair in Bethlehem, Georgia

This basement had bowing and cracking foundation walls that were slowly worsening overtime. In order to stabilize the walls, we used the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. This system uses carbon fiber straps that are bonded to the wall. The straps stabilize the wall because the tension is up to 10 times strong then than steel. Justin and his crew were able to install the system quickly and efficiently. Now the wall is stabilized from further foundation problems.

Sagging Floor Solution in Aragon, Georgia

This home had multiple areas of concern that indicated floor settlement and also separation from the floor. In order to solve these issues, multiple SmartJacks were installed to permanently stabilize the floors. For this home, 8 SmartJacks were installed along with some supplemental beams. Over time the SmartJacks can be gradually raised to lift the floor back to the proper height without over lifting the floor.
