This customer was experiencing issues with cracks and her driveway being un-level. This can prove to be an issue for many different reasons. Other than the fact that its annoying to have a bumpy driveway, it can lead to serious issues when it comes to the foundation and stability. Once cracks form in the concrete, it allows water infiltration which can lead to wash-out, ruining the structural integrity of the concrete. This is something here at Atlanta Basement Systems that we want to ensure no homeowner ever has to deal with, so we got right out to her house, and began to work at resolving these problems. To begin fixing the concrete issues, they started by injecting PolyLevel which is a high-density foam that expands to raise the concrete to the desired height. To seal the cracks the crew used NexusPro crack repair which is a silicone-based sealant that prevents water infiltration and will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. This customer was left pleased that they no longer had a bumpy ride through their driveway, and they also had peace of mind that the integrity of their concrete was secure. 

This customers home had a rear covered patio that was sitting 2-3 inches lower than the rest of the foundation of the home. He gave us a call here at Atlanta Basement Systems to see what we would be able to do to help him out. We were able to send out one of our crews that specialize in concrete work and they were able to fix this problem for the customer. Our crew used PolyLevel which is a foam made of structural grade polymers. It is injected into the concrete through small holes that are drilled into the concrete, and the foam then expands and lifts the concrete. It is light-weight and won't add extra weight to the concrete and it is water and wash-out proof. This customer was left pleased with the results in knowing that their porch no longer felt like a drop off.

This customer called in to us here at Atlanta Basement Systems, wanting to get the cracked and unlevel concrete on her front porch fixed. This home had a serious crack in the concrete right outside their front door. It was out very uneven, making it a major tripping hazard. In order to fix this, one of our crews used PolyLevel Injection foam to carefully raise the slab back to an even, level height. Then they filled the crack with the NexusPro Solution so that water wouldn't get in the cracks and cause further damage. Now the walkway looks amazing and no one has to worry about tripping!
