The customer had cracks in the walls in the basement. We sent our installers out to install CarbonArmor over the cracks to prevent future leaks, smells, humidity, mold, and pests. 

A homeowner gave us a call because his basement window was not up to code. It was not wide enough for safe exit and was exactly level with the concrete outside. Our system design expert recommended a basement window and window well that would meet egress standards.
