The crawlspace needed smart jacks to lift and stabilize the home and a smart sump with time machine installed to stop and keep the water intake managed!

This homeowner has a large basement that they wanted to be able to use.  The problem was that there was always water on the floor.  Water would run down the walls and pool onto the floors below, making it difficult to use the room.  The homeowner had a sump pump installed to pump the water back out, but that didn't keep the water from first spreading across the floor on the way to the sump pump.  We installed DryTrak to collect the water at the bottom of the walls and send it directly to the sump pump, keeping the floors completely dry.  The owner can now use the basement worry free.

This customer got ahold us of because he noticed some of the flooring in his home weakening and sagging so we came out and came to the conclusion that we needed to install our smart jack system and supplemental beam installation to resolve the issue. Below are the before and after of this customers crawlspace repair!

There was water leaking into the basement, probably due to a crack in the foundation. Our workers came and placed sentryseal over the walls outside the basement where water was most likely getting through. 

A recent customer reached out to us about a crack they have noticed in their parking garage. They have noticed little water coming out of it. They knew they should get someone out to take a look at it to make sure everything was okay. They gave us a call and we got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Dominic. Once Dominic got out there he met with the customer and they went over the concerns they were having as well as answered any questions. They then walked around the rest of the parking garage to see if there were any cracks anywhere else. Dominic knew the best product for them was going to be our FlexiSpan. The FlexiSpan will seal the crack as well as waterproof it. -
