A home owner in Boise, ID needed Foundation and Crawl Space Repair of Idaho to transform an unhealthy crawl space.  Our team installed the necessary equipment to not only fix the crawl  space, but also to ensure the problems won't come back.  IceGuard allows water to escape from the SuperSump discharge line. The SuperSump has a capacity of 17 gallons. The crawl space was encapsulated with CleanSpace, that acts as a barrier against cold floors. By using SilverGlo, a graphite infused product that can increase the R value by 24%, the walls stay warm and keep heating bill down. The Crawl Space is no longer a health hazard. 

This crumbling crawl space was full of mold, wood rot, and dust mites due to its loose, flimsy liner and weakened floor joists. To fix it, we installed our load-bearing SmartJack© system that immediately stabilizes sagging floors and includes engineered fill that addresses problem soils, the root cause of settlement. We also installed an encapsulation system with CleanSpace© Light, a strong 10 mil liner with antimicrobial protection that ensures the home is permanently sealed from the earth. 

Homeowner located in Boise, ID wanted to update and expand their existing basement waterproofing system. They setup an appointment with FSI and a System Design Specialist was sent out to see what could be improved. The specialist and the homeowners decided that CleanSpace, IceGuard, Lawnscape, WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump should be installed to completely upgrade and expand waterproofing the basement. These products were installed and the homeowners were greatly pleased!

This homeowner in Boise, ID recently purchased a home that had several cracks in the basement and foundation walls. The homeowner decided to not worry about the cracks, initially. We installed our Flexispan wall crack product to fix the problem entirely. Flexispan uses a bead of sealant to seal up the crack and to stop any water intrusion through the wall crack. To ensure a complete solution, a foam drain strip and a tough sealant overlay are additionally installed. These are installed to help make our solution, the final solution!
