She was concerned about rot and mold growing in the basement so we got her on the schedule to meet with our specialist Dominic. Once Dominic got out to the home he went into the basement to look at the high concern areas with the homeowner. He then went over all her concerns and all the drainage options we have to offer. In the set of before and after photos below, you can see all the cracks in the walls, the water damage and some previous patch work to try and reduce water from seeping through the cracks and just so  much more. It was very concerning to the owners of the home having the constant worry of when will it flood or be worse? So they set an appointment and they loved the solution the specialist came up with for them. In the after photo you can see how different the basement looks, it is a clean, dry, bright and usable space now!
