Having a leaky crawlspace? A problem no doubt a lot of people have to deal with while owning a house with a crawlspace. 

Rodents had been a problem in this space.  SaniDry Crawl Space Air and CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation system are installed to solve the problem.

Owner had standing water in crawl space of house. We installed a complete and total solution which included: SmartPipe drainage system, CleanSpace liner, Regrading, SaniDry dehumidifier system, SmartSump Sump Pump, Vent covers, IceGuard and Lawnscape outlets. 

Is there water in your crawlspace and you are unsure what to do? A recent customer of ours in Gooding reached out to us with concerns of water in the crawlspace. They weren't too sure what to do so they started to do some research to try and figure out if it is a big concern or if they would be fine waiting till next year. They gave us a call and they explained all of their concerns and issues. We got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Tim. Once Tim got out there he meet with the customers to go over their concerns and issues one more time so he has a better understanding once he gets into the crawlspace. Tim then got into the crawlspace and quickly started noticing small puddles and old water damage. He then knew these customers were going to need our Drainage Matting and CleanSpace.
