Do you have a vapor barrier in your crawlspace? A recent customer of ours called us because they realized there was some water in the crawlspace and they did not have a vapor barrier at all. We got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Dominic. Once Dominic got out to the home and looked at the crawlspace he quickly knew the homeowners were also going to need some drainage. Dominic then went over the different options we offer. The homeowners finally decided to go with our SmartPipe for drainage and our CleanSpace Light for the vapor barrier. CleanSpace Light does not fully encapsulate the crawlspace. 

Do you have water in the crawlspace and you are not to sure where it's coming from? Most of the time water in the crawlspace is due to groundwater. Our SmartPipe's custom design has holes on top and front under a filter fabric to accept water from the soil and surface of the crawlspace. 

This formerly wet and musty crawl space got a brighter, drier, and healthier environment after our team installed our ultra-durable CleanSpace encapsulation system. Paired with our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and UltraSump pump system, moisture nor humidity stand a chance against this crawl space now!

Earlier this month we helped a customer with her concrete in the garage, which was cracking, as well as to assure us that her sump pump is not currently leaking as of now. Our solution to her was to clear the dirt and add smartjacks to stabilize the supports and cleanspace to prevent further rot and moisture.

One customer in particular had cracks in the cement in her garage, and she also wanted to let us know that her sump pump in the crawlspace is currently not leaking as of now. To solve her issues, we cleared the dirt in the crawlspace, put tarp on it, and added smartjacks to maintain the supports and the cleanspace in order to prevent future damage.
