We chose the SmartJack© System to immediately lift their sagging, sloping floors and eliminate threat of floor failure from moisture, mold and wood rot. Best of all, its engineered fill addresses problem soils, the root cause of settlement. This solution will stay put for decades to come. 

Industry standard crawl space encapsulation liners are incredibly thin—only 9 mil. This makes it easy to tear and rip whenever the crawl space is accessed. It's more of a 'temporary' encapsulation rather than a permanent one. You can see a very thin liner in this 'before' picture, and where open dirt is still exposed. 

Thankfully, we were able to replace all of the liner with our CleanSpace© encapsulation system, a permanent solution for the home's waterproofing crawl space needs. Its heavy, thick, 20 mil liner is manufactured in 7 layers to optimize its puncture resistance, flexibility, and brute tear resistance. The bright white finish allows you to easily see that this crawl space is finally free of mold, insects and dirt. CleanSpace© is also manufactured with an antimicrobial additive called "UltraFresh," which is molded right into the material. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona, the world's most powerful dehumidifier for its size, to ensure that the crawl space air is as dry and clean as possible all year long.
