A foundation was showing signs of failure in Saint Louis, MO, as cracks were forming. To solve this issue, the PowerBrace System was installed. Sandy and Lester J were concerned when they noticed that the floors in their home were starting to sink.  So they decided to call Woods Basement Systems.  System Design Specialist Chris S was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman Jose L installed a Push Pier in their basement.  The push pier, shown above, will support the level of the floor that is sinking, and over time will be able to raise it back up to its original height.  This will help to stabilize the floors.

Saint Louis, Missouri homeowner Bonnie needed her driveway leveled to help with safety and look. She gave Woods Bsement Systems a call and Team Woods developed the perfect plan for her. 

Foreman Andrew and his crew injected PolyLevel under the driveway. By leveling the drive way, there is a lower risk for tripping, the water drains better, and the driveway appears nicer. 

Bonnie can now drive and walk without fear of tripping or further damage.

Foreman Greg and his crew installed PowerBraces for her. They PowerBraces are steel I-Beams that are anchored on the joist and the floor. They will be tightened overtime to straighten the walls. 

Phyllis can now redecorate her basement and know it will be safe for decades to come.

Foreman Miguel and his crew installed the Push Pier System to fix Melissa's problems. By installing the Push Piers, which are anchored to the bottom of the foundation, we can close the gaps and cracks in the wall. It will also provide support against future settling.
