Support beams were failing in a Sainte Genevieve, MO basement, as they were sinking and causing issues with the floor above. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. This will stabilize the beams and floor joists in the basement and lift the floor above it back toward its original elevation. Floor bounce caused by weakened joists or excessive spans will also be reduced. This basement will remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!

Foreman Jeremy R installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor in Geneva and Obbie’s basement. The Wall Anchor has two ends, one will attach to a stable level of soil away from the house and the other will attach to the basement walls. The device can be tightened and overtime will straighten the walls.
