Geo-Lock Wall Anchors installed in O'Fallon, MO
Cracks forming in foundation walls can be a sign of a more serious underlying issue. Matt R. of O’Fallon, MO noticed that he was constantly patching cracks in his walls and new ones would form in their place. He also noticed the walls appeared to be leaning, as shown in the pictures, in so he called Woods Basement Systems for an assessment. Woods recommended installing Geo-Lock Wall Anchors.
Woods installed the Geo-Lock Wall Anchors along the leaning and cracking walls. Steel wall plates, as shown in the picture, are attached to earth plates that have been buried in the yard using galvanized steel anchor rods. The rods are tightened and will permanently stabilize the walls, preventing any future movement and can also straighten the walls in most cases.

PowerBrace Installed in O'Fallon, MO
Jess and Garret were concerned when they noticed that their basement walls were beginning to bow. So, they decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Thomas W was able to come up with a solution to the problem.
Foreman Jeremy R Installed a PowerBrace in Jess and Garret’s basement. A PowerBrace is a system of metal beams that will attach to the walls and keep them form bowing any further than they already have. The device will also work to straighten the walls.

Terry of O'Fallon, Missouri had large vertical and horizontal cracks on his basement walls along with a side of the house sliding off the foundation about three to four inches. With these being signs of a settling foundation, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, Timothy W. was able to find a solution and recommended Geo-Lock wall anchors to be installed.
Foreman, Jeremy R. installed the wall anchors. Geo-Lock wall anchors are made of galvanized steel and are connected by rods. They are embedded into the stable soil away from the home and can be tighten during dry seasons. The anchors are used to permanently stabilize foundation walls and can, in most cases, pull walls back into their original position.
So, now Terry P. can rest easy knowing he has a stable foundation.
BrightWall Panels & WaterGuard Drains Protect O'Fallon, MO
Narsisio of O'Fallon, Missouri wanted to waterproof his basement after Team Woods repaired the damaged walls with PowerBrace beams. He decided to schedule an appointment with Woods Basement Systems again to protect his wet basement. Team Woods recommended installing BrightWall panels onto the basement walls to protect them from damage because they are water resistant. WaterGuard drains were also recommended into the footing of the basement walls to collect the water leaks the panels collect and send them to the sump pump.
Cracked O'Fallon, MO Foundation Walls Supported With GeoLock
Over the years, this O'Fallon, Missouri home's basement walls had become quite badly cracked, and one of them had begun to bow inward.
