A foundation was settling in Bowling Green, MO, causing it to crack and crumble. To solve this issue, the Push Pier System was installed. These will permanently stabilize the foundation, and in many cases, lift it back toward its original position. These can also close cracks and improve the operation of windows and doors. Foreman Jose L installed a Push Pier, shown above, in Tyler’s Basement. The Push Pier will be driven into the ground and will support the section of the house that is sinking, and attempt to raise its level.

Foreman Jose L installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor, shown above, in Tyler’s Basement. The Wall Anchor has one end that attaches to a stable portion of soil away from the house, and the other end will attach to the basement walls and straighten them over time.
