Homeowner Gina B. of Patterson, Missouri wanted to have his basement waterproofed. Her basement would often flood after a heavy rain or storm, destroying the items she had stored in the space. She called Woods Basement Systems to have them completely waterproof the space. The products used to waterproof the space include WaterGuard, IceGuard, TripleSafe and CleanSpace.

Mold on the baseboard and drywall (like in this Eureka, Missouri home) can be caused from water seepage getting into the basement behind the finished wall where the floor and foundation wall meet. Our WaterGuard® waterproofing drainage system collects the water before it can damage a finished basement. 

John and Margaret had a major crack in their basement floor, causing water to leak in, so they decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Gerald D. recommended installing a Twin Pack pump and WaterGuard.

Foreman, Bradly P. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump has two stainless steel pumps included for a second line of defense. Also the pumps are installed at different heights as to combat flooding. WaterGuard is installed in the basement floor and it helps to collect water that seeps through basement walls and guides the water to the sump pump to be removed from the home. 

Now John and Margaret B. has a dry basement. 

William J. from Eureka, Missouri was looking for a way to clean and brighten up his crawlspace. Crawlspaces like the one in William's home are exposed to the earth, which means they are exposed to mold, fungus, rot, and critters. A home with a dirt crawlspace costs more energy to heat and cool, and more energy costs more money.

Concerned, William decided to call Woods Basement Systems to fix his crawlspace problem. Foreman Micheal Rebenstorff installed a CleanSpace Liner to the floors and walls of William's crawlspace. The CleanSpace Liner has an antimicrobial additive manufactured to the material, which prevents mold growth on the liner. Williams crawlspace is now sealed from the earth, making his home easier to cool and heat.

Homeowner Drew Y. of Eureka, Missouri called Woods Basement Systems because of a flooding problem he had in his basement. This problem was becoming more frequent as the spring weather was approaching. Drew wanted to have his basement fixed before anymore damage was done to the space or the items that were stored there.
