A TwinPack sump pump is just what this basement needs to waterproof the space. Previously this basement didn't have a sump pump, and now any water that leaks inside will be pumped out thanks to the TwinPack sump pump.

These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. It is specially designed with holes in the back to receive water from beneath, behind, and down the walls as it leaks through the gaps made when the foundation is originally poured. 

WaterGuard collects the water and redirects it to the sump pump, where it is pumped away from the home, ending the cycle.
