WaterGuard was installed in this Chesterfiled basement under the concrete at the most common point of entry, around the basement perimeter, which then drains excess water into the sump and helps to keep the basement dry.

Customer was concerned that repaired wall crack were once again re-cracking in O'Fallon, IL.  It was determined that the basemetn foundation was settling and need a foundation peiring system. Once we installed our push piers we also did the crack repairs.

Marcia B. of O'Fallon Illinois can now live peacefully knowing that her basement will stay dry all the time thanks to the TripleSafe sump pump system. With this sealed pump system, in addition to the WaterGuard, her basement is free of musty smells.
