A patio in O'Fallon, IL was sinking and had large cracks running through it. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the concrete. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete slabs. Next, NexusPro™ was used to address the large cracks. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive, as it is very durable. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete will remain in great shape for years to come! 

Covering the sump pump pit with a solid cover is a good idea.  Having the sump pump closed prevents water vapor from escaping and raising the humidity level in the basement.  Our SuperSump® sump pump, like the one installed in this Glen Carbon, Illinois home, closes the top with a very sturdy lid, gaskets around the power cord and discharge pipe and has a built-in properly functioning drain.

Foreman, Tyler S. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump is equipped with a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump, so there is no worry for the pump to not work properly. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement floor and it collects water that seeps through the basement walls. It takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home, keeping the basement water free.
