Settling foundation can cause walls to crack or bow. Doing a complete basement waterproofing drainage system means installing WaterGuard along the perimeter of the basement.  Going around hot water heaters and under stair steps are common obstacles.  We carefully remove a section of the basement floor along the wall which means going under basement stairs sometimes.  Then the waterproofing drainage is installed that takes the water flooding the basement to a sump pump.  The concrete floor that was removed is then replaced in the basement.
