Home Walkway Repair Done In Bellville, IL
A homeowners walkway was expanding and contracting due to heating and cooling, causing gaps in the sidewalk and an uneven surface to walk on at a home in Belleville, IL. To solve the issue, the homeowner reached out to Woods Basement Systems for our services and expertise. PolyLevel™, a hardening lifting foam, was injected and used to raise the concrete to its original positioning, leaving an even surface for the residents to walk on. Along with lifting the walkway concrete, NexusPro™, a silicone based sealant, was used to seal the expanding gaps that the homeowner had previously. The procedure was completed in a day and the walkway was ready to use shortly after, leaving the homeowner with a safer and more presentable walkway for their home.
Unleveled Sidewalk Repaired in Belleville, IL
A sidewalk in Belleville, IL, was unleveled and needed to be addressed before potential tripping hazards emerged. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level out the concrete. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting and leveling the concrete slabs. Next, NexusPro™ was used to seal the seams in between the concrete slabs. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their sidewalk is in great shape!
