A basement in Florissant, MO, was leaking during heavy rain and needed to be addressed. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used to keep the humidity out of the basement. This durable liner not only looks nicer, it also works to keep outside elements, like rot, out as well. Next, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that enters the basement and direct it to the nearest sump pump. This system sits horizontally on top of the soil to ensure no clogging occurs. Then, a sump pump was used to discharge the water out of the basement. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will remain dry. 

A driveway in Florissant, MO, was unleveled and had seams that needed sealed. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete slabs. Next, NexusPro™ was used to seal the seams. This flexible sealant will hold up again any harsh weather, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their driveway is repaired and in great shape!

This old sump pump was in desperate need of a replacement.  It had become so clogged from dirt and debris that it couldn’t keep up with the amount of incoming water.  Woods Basement Systems installed WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump in order to permanently waterproof the basement.  The resident now enjoys a dry basement—all the time!

Design specialist Brandon B. assessed the situation and formulated the perfect plan. Foreman Melvin F. then traveled to the home to install a TripleSafe sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, is placed above the footing of the basement. After installment, it is covered with concrete. The Waterguard collects any water rising from the ground before it reaches the basement surface. It then drains the water to the sump pump.

Kim B. no longer has to worry about water seeping up through her basement floors. She now has a dry and waterproof basement.
