Water was coming down the walls of a basement in Saint Louis, MO, causing damage and concern to the homeowners. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was first installed.  This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks to the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it from the house. These systems will keep this basement dry all the time!

This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting the concrete up to level it out. This foam hardens to become rock solid within hours. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!

Design specialist Ryan K. assessed the problem and decided the best option was to install a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman Melvin F. then headed to the home to get the job started.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement. It accepts any water rising from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. The water is then drained to the sump pump. 

Joe W. no longer has to worry about his home's basement collecting water. He now has a dry and waterproof basement.
