Some concrete in Saint Louis, MO, was sinking and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting the concrete up to level it out. This foam hardens to become rock solid within hours. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!

Joe W. of Jennings, Missouri noticed that water was entering his home's basement after heavy rain showers. He did not want to have to worry about cleaning up a mess, so he called Woods Basement Systems for help.

Design specialist Ryan K. assessed the problem and decided the best option was to install a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman Melvin F. then headed to the home to get the job started.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement. It accepts any water rising from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. The water is then drained to the sump pump. 

Joe W. no longer has to worry about his home's basement collecting water. He now has a dry and waterproof basement.
