Barbara and Jeff struggled with keeping water out of their basement. This Richmond Heights couple need a waterproofing system that they knew they could trust, so they called Woods Basement Systems. Wood's system design specialist, Cory S., was able to help resolve their leaky basement. Cory recommended installing a new TripleSafe liner.

TripleSafe liners are essential to ensure this sump pump will operate correctly. Foreman, Greg H. and his team installed a new liner to the TripleSafe sump pump to ensure Barbara and Jeff would never have to worry about water damage again!

Richmond Heights, Missouri homeowners Sharon and Jay noticed water in her basement. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call and Team Woods developed a plan for them. 

Foreman John and his crew installed the DryTrak drainage system and linked it to their existing sump pump. The DryTrak is built for monolithic homes and goes above the floor instead of in the floor. 

By adding CleanSpace we are able to catch any water that seeps in through the wall and direct it right to the DryTrak. The CleanSpace also cleans the air by reducing humidity, allergens, and mold. It brightens the area as well. 

Sharon and Jay no longer need to be scared of their basement and can enjoy the added space and safety. 

The basement of Richmond Heights's City Hall had water leaking through cracks in the walls and mold growing throughout the space. One of the most important contributing factors in the basement issues was the old, inefficient sump pump. As seen in the lefthand picture, it was little more than a hole in the ground with some PVC protruding. 

In order for a basement to be truly waterproof, it must have a functional, effective sump pump. This is exactly what the City Hall recieved when our patented TripleSafe sump system was installed. Pictured on the right, the new system is clearly a different animal from the old. The TripleSafe system includes three independently operating pumps. Pump number one does the lion's share of the pumping in normal conditions, and pump number two kicks in if and when there is too much water for the first one. If by some chance the first two pumps can't keep up, a third, battery operated pump that is capable of pumping out over 12,000 gallons per hour will kick on. 

 With this new pump, along with the WaterGuard and CleanSpace systems that were also installed, there should be no problem keeping the basement water-free!

Water was leaking by a fireplace in Richmond Heights, MO. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard system was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that separates it from the soil under the floor so it will never clog. It will also drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter. This basement will remain clean and dry for years to come!

A sump pump failed to run during a power outage in Richmond Heights, MO, so the UltraSump Battery Back-Up Pumping System was installed. This will come in handy if the power goes out in the future. It will automatically turn on if the primary pump fails to run. This will provide reliability and restore peace of mind for years to come!
