The Ice Guard System allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason. Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump helps your home with three different pumps included: a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement floor and it works to collect water that seeps through basement walls and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. 

Now Gary S. has a dry basement. 

A foundation was cracking in Maryland Heights, MO, and water was leaking from them. To solve this issue, GeoLock Wall Anchors were first installed. These will permanently stabilize the foundation and return the walls to their original position. Next, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house.
