A basement in Saint Louis, MO was leaking during heavy rain and needed to be addressed. The homeowners decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, WaterGuard was used to collect the water that entered the basement. This system sits horizontally on top of the soil to prevent clogging from occurring. Next, a sump pump was installed to discharge the water out of the basement. The battery back-up generator will ensure the sump pump keeps working, even during a power outage. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will remain dry. 

A Saint Charles, MO resident was tired of dealing with a wet basement every time it rained.  The basement did not have a proper waterproofing system, so there was nothing to carry the water to the sump pump and out of the home.  The homeowner wanted to use his unfinished basement for storage but could not do so because of the incoming water. 

Woods installed WaterGuard and replaced the unreliable sump pump with a SuperSump in order to permanently waterproof the basement. 

Thomas Y. of St. Charles, Missouri noticed that his home's basement was collecting water. He did not want to have to clean up a mess after every heavy rain shower, so he called Woods Basement Systems for assistance.

Design specialist Adam R. assessed the situation and decided the best option was to install a Twin Pack sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman Melvin F. traveled to the home to install the waterproofing products. 

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement and was then covered with concrete. It collects any water coming up from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. It then drains the water to the sump pump.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement. After it was installed, it was covered with concrete. The Waterguard collects any water that is rising from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. It then drains the water to the sump pump.

Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump has two stainless steel pumps which guarantee to protect your home from leaks and floods. WaterGuard is a perimeter basement waterproofing system. It goes around the entire basement and it works to collect water that has seeped through the walls. It then takes that water and guides it to the sump pump to be pumped out of the home.
