Weldon Spring, Missouri homeowner Ralph S. was distraught with the water leaking into his basement where the floor meets the wall. Todd M, system design specialist, designed a solution to keep the basement dry and ease Todd's mind.

The TripleSafe sump pump system is equipped with a main pump, backup pump and a battery-powered pump. TripleSafe was installed by foreman Melvin F. to keep the basement dry and free of mold.

System design specialist Todd M. designed a solution to keep the water out of Ralph's basement. WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system, was installed by foreman Melvin F. WaterGuard guides the water to the TripleSafe sump pump system and away from the basement.

St. Charles, Missouri homeowner Cathy F. was concerned about water leaking into her home. Due to the gradient where her home sits, water easily flowed in.

A french drain was installed by foreman Melvin F. The french drain collects water and guides it away before it can reach the home. Cathy is pleased to have a dry home.

Water will find the path of least resistance to get into the basement so any weaknesses in the foundation of a home can allow for major leaks. Tom L. of Saint Charles, MO had large cracks in his foundation walls that leaked water into his basement and created messes so Tom called Woods Basement Systems for a free assessment. Woods recommended installing basement waterproofing system alongside a wall support system.

As part of that system, Woods installed the WaterGuard drainage system under the cement floors along the perimeter of the basement, as seen in the picture. WaterGuard is installed on top of the concrete footing of the home so it will remain free of clogging mud and debris. It collects water from the foundation walls and floors using its wall flanges and channel holes and directs it to the sump pump for removal

The foundation walls of Tom L.’s Saint Charles, MO home had cracks. Water leaked in from both the cracks and the wall joints and threatened the finished parts of his basement as well as created a mess so Tom L. called Woods Basement Systems. Along with a wall support system, Woods recommended installing a basement waterproofing system.

As part of that waterproofing system, Woods installed the Twin Pack to remove water from the basement through its discharge lines. The Twin Pack contains two powerful cast-iron pumps that sit at different levels within the sump liner. This means that the Twin Pack can keep the basement dry in a range of weather conditions from light showers to heavy downpours.
