The previously installed basement window was not providing a good seal, allowing air and moisture to pass through. To fix this problem, Woods installed an Egress Window. This type of window allows for more light to enter the basement space. It is also big enough to climb out of in case of emergencies as well. In addition, there is also a RockWell Window Well built that will not collapse from back fill and won't allow water to seep through. Because of these two installs, this basement will remain lit and have a safe escape route in case of an emergency.

A leaky basement wall was causing issues for a customer in Saint Charles, Missouri. A WaterGuard System was installed to resolve this issue. The WaterGuard System is piping that redirects water seeping in from the wall perimeter to a sump pump close by. The sump pump then takes the water out and away from the basement. Thanks to Woods and the WaterGuard System install, this basement will remain water seepage-free for decades to come.

Water was coming down basement walls in Weldon Spring, MO, causing concern for the homeowners. To solve this issue, the Waterguard System was installed. This perimeter drainage system is installed adjacent to the home and provides a channel that connects to the sump pump.  Its design will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. This basement will now remain dry all the time!

This Saint Charles home had issues with wall failure inside their basement which is evident by the pushing in of the walls near the bottom. This problem was swiftly solved by our Woods team through the installation of the PowerBrace™ system, which allows for the straightening of walls and eliminates any further damages. It also is customizable to fit the height of any walls and are anchored by the braces to the floor, keeping the system in place, and stopping wall failure in the process.

The harsh weather was causing a sidewalk to be cracked and sinking in Weldon Spring, MO, resulting in safety concerns for the homeowner. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. By drilling pea-sized holes and injecting a foam that becomes rock solid when cured, they were able to lift the concrete slabs to make a leveled walkway for the homeowner. Lastly, NexusPro™ was used to fill the gaps in the sidewalk. This flexible sealant will stand the test of time and not be weakened by harsh weather conditions. Now that the sidewalk is leveled and free of cracks, the homeowner can rest assured that their sidewalk is safe.
