For many homes with flooded basements, like this one in Fenton, Missouri, a sump pump is a necessary element of a basement waterproofing system. Woods Basement Systems recommends a Zoeller sump pump. We recently helped out a Fenton, Missouri homeowner who noticed that mold was growing on the finished side of their basement drywall.  The back side of the drywall was worse.  Very little water was leaking into the basement, but it was leaking behind the finished walls for years.  We installed our WaterGuard® basement waterproofing system with our SaniDry® dehumidifier (Pictured in the Corner) along with our white vertical wall covering to stop water vapor from coming through the block foundation wall and getting the finished drywall wet.

This after photo is showing the new window enclosure before we filled in the landscaping and capped the well with a clear cover. The SunHouse enclosure that will keep the well from ever filling with water and mud again.
