PowerBraces were installed along the bowing, cracking walls. The steel beams are fitted against the walls and held firmly in placed by steel brackets attached to the floor joists and cement floors of the basement. They stabilize the walls in their position and are adjustable so they offer the opportunity to improve and straighten the walls over time.

Woods installed the SmartJacks along the sagging floor beams. Smart Jacks are adjustable steel columns that are held in place by concrete footings and support the floor beams above to permanently stabilize them in place. They can also lift floors to a more level position.
