Woods was right, the one section of the front of the house needed to be fixed like they had done to the rear of the house too several years ago.  They told me to watch the concrete cracks and the one front corner started to settle the basement floor went with it like it had done across the entire back of my home. Your guys are very hard working and even though the ground was muddy they put it back and racked the yard so that you could hardly tell they were here digging around the foundation.

The production staff was excellent, particularly Dominic. His customer service skills and knowledge of his job are exceptional and terrific. It has been my experience over the past 50 years in doing business that he is the best worker I have interacted with in the business world. The crew was super friendly, and the job was done quickly and correctly. They even showed me photos of the work done. Prior to them doing the work, a crack appeared on the wall from a previous company and is now gone. My floors are level now! Thank you for fixing everything and being transparent.

The leveling was done well! I no longer have to worry about tripping over the cracks in my basement. I also can't wait to drive on our now-level driveway! Frankie and Steve did a phenomenal job. They were courteous and friendly!

Other than the noise of them working, you wouldn't have known they were here. They took care of laying down plastic and keeping things cleaned up as they were going. I can't say enough good things about Woods.

In 2002 (our first home), my husband and I noticed cracks forming in the basement and water collecting on the floor.  A friend referred us to Woods Basement Systems. They came in and did a full foundation piering, and they left us with a perfectly dry basement and no mess. So when we noticed cracks forming again in the basement of our new home, we called the company that we trust.  They came in and fixed the foundation problem, and—since we were planning on finishing the basement—they installed additional devices like the SaniDry dehumidification system and a battery backup sump pump. We couldn't be happier with the results.  We have even referred several friends and family members to Woods Basement Systems.

You all did some work for us yesterday, and I just wanted to make a comment that the three workers that were here did an excellent job and I was very satisfied.  They were very polite and friendly. The foreman was Miguel, and his two crew men were Reggie and Jacob.  I just wanted to put out a good shout for those three men.  I thought they did an excellent job; they cleaned it up nice, they were very polite to me, and explained what they were doing.  They just did a very professional job. And I appreciate that.  I'm an older fella, and when you see young men do a good job, you want to tell their supervisors and bosses that they did a good job.  So, I just wanted to pass that along.  Thank you.
