We really wanted to let you know how much we appreciated Chris coming out to our home to help us with our wet basement.  This is our first home and to have a problem like this, we know we turned to the right company after Chris came out for our estimate.  He made it easy for us to understand why this happened and how to fix it right.  We are just trying to come up with the money but when we do we'll call Chris!

I was having a what I thought was a small basement leak that I knew I needed to fix before I finished it but I was not expecting the big investment to fix it right.  I was hoping to just fix that small problem, ignoring the gamble of then finishing my basement and hoping that it would not get wet.  Doug did a great job of telling me the most important thing before finishing a my basement, make sure it would stay dry forever.  It would be a big waste of my money to do it again.
